30 Day Burpee Challenge is a simple 30 day workout plan. You do a number of burpee exercises each day! The intensity of the exercises increase slowly and by the end of this 30 day burpee workout plan, it will tone up and boost your leg, butt, core muscles and body strength to the max.
Nobody likes doing burpees however they are one of the most impactful exercises to help work your whole body. By doing burpees you work your legs, arms, core and do cardio, so it is really beneficial!
The 30 day burpee challenge has 1 exercise which you have to do each day, and the time spent doing the exercise slowly increases day by day to help you build up your core body muscle strength gradually, ensuring you are able to complete the final day of the challenge easily.
